This annual meeting is held on the last Wednesday of the month of January. All communicant members are expected and encouraged to attend and participate. The voice’s and vote’s of all communicant members are needed. Only those present in person can comment and vote on meeting items. All regular attenders are also encouraged to attend to observe and listen, but cannot cast a vote. This will also be a ZOOM viewing event.
