King Jesus bears witness to Pilate concerning His kingdom and ultimate Truth:

1. The King and His kingdom. (John 18:33-36)

        a. Clarify the nature of Jesus’ kingdom – His rule is spiritual and eternal.

2. The King and the Truth. (John 18:37-40)

        a. Confess the Truth of King Jesus – He is the Truth and dies in the place of rebels.

Announcements – Week of 10/22/2023

1. Prayer for Revival – On Tuesday morning, October 24th, Pastor Phelps will be leading prayer here at the church from 8:00 – 8:45 AM. All are welcome!

2. New Members Class (in seven sessions) - Pastor Phelps will be offering a new members class beginning Tuesday, October 24th at 7 PM. Please talk to him if you're interested and/or if Tuesdays will not work for you.

3. Bible Study followed by a time of prayer is Wednesday evening at 7 PM, in the large Sunday school room! All are welcome to join!

4. Women’s Fellowship will be Thursday, October 26th, at 6:30 pm at the church. Kim Guinther will be hosting the evening! Please use the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board to indicate if you’re coming!

5. Apologetics Movie Night will be Sunday, October 29th at 6:30 PM at Living Hope. We will be showing "Luther" followed by comments/discussion! All are welcome! Feel free to bring friends and snacks! Popcorn will be provided!

6. The Reformation Party is scheduled for Wednesday, November 1st at 6 PM. All ages are welcome! Invite your family, neighbors, friends, grandchildren, etc! A simple meal will be served followed by games that teach truths of the Reformation. (Kids should wear long pants for the "knee" race. Gloves are optional for tug-of-war!) Please use the SIGN UP sheet so we can get an accurate count!
