I. You shall have no other gods before Me.

II. You shall not make for yourself a carved image…You shall not bow down to them or serve them.

III. You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.

V. Honor your father and your mother.

VI. You shall not murder.

VII. You shall not commit adultery.

VIII. You shall not steal.

And as Jesus summarized the Law in Matthew 22:37-40: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”  This is the great and first commandment.  And a second is like it:  “You shall love your neighbor as yourself”.  On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.

Confession of Sin – Almighty and most merciful Father, we have erred and strayed from your ways like lost sheep. We have followed too much the devices and desires of our own hearts. We have offended against your holy laws. We have left undone those things which we ought to have done; and we have done those things which we ought not to have done; and there is no health in us. But you, O Lord, have mercy upon us, miserable offenders. Spare those, O God, who confess their faults. Restore those who are penitent, according to your promises declared unto mankind in Christ Jesus our Lord. And grant, O most merciful Father, for his sake, that we may hereafter live a godly, righteous and sober life, to the glory of your holy name. Amen.

Declaration of Pardon – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Announcements – Week of 9/6/2026

1. Pre-Worship Prayer will start at 9:45 AM, followed by a time of fellowship in the auditorium and worship begins at 10:45 AM.

2. Tomorrow morning, Rev. Danny Olinger will be preaching and administering the Lord’s Supper! We will also collect the Deacon’s Fund offering.

3. There will be NO Prayer for Revival on Tuesday, September 8th.

4. We are looking for 2 volunteers to lead Kid’s Club on Wednesday evenings starting in September. If you are interested or have any questions, please talk to an Elder.

5. Wednesday evening Bible study will resume this Wednesday, September 9th at 7 PM here at the church. All are encouraged to join for a time to study God’s word and prayer.

6. The next meeting for the Saturday Women’s Bible Study on Ephesians will be at 10 AM at the church on September 12th. One-off participants are welcome! Please let Katie Batten know if you’re planning to attend (610-864-0705).

7. Sunday School classes for all ages will resume on September 13th at 9:30 AM. Therefore, Pre-worship Prayer will start at 9 AM.

8. Next Sunday, September 13th, Chris Amberge will be exhorting us in God’s word!

9. Men’s Breakfast will be here at the church on Saturday, September 26th at 8:30 AM. All men are invited to attend!
