Audio Files

We have audio files in MP3 format available for you to listen to or to download. These files are located in our audio download directory.

Using MP3 Files

Many MP3 players are available, both as software for use on a personal computer, as well as dedicated hardware players. You can play the MP3 files in this fashion by copying the file to the player.

If you simply copy an MP3 file onto a CD, you will not have an audio CD that is usable by a conventional audio player; rather, you will have a data CD with an MP3 file on it.

MP3 files can be streamed, that is, played while downloading them, by using the correct software on your computer. Recent versions of Windows Media Player or Apple Quicktime can be configured by default to stream rather than to download.

Burning Audio CDs

You can create , or burn, a conventional audio CD, using Windows XP with a recent version of Windows Media Player installed (and set as the default MP3 handler) as follows:

1. In Windows Explorer, right-click on the MP3 file.
2. Select Add to Burn List.
3. Open Windows Media Player.
4. Choose the Burn tab at the top of the window.
5. Place a blank CD in your CD burner.
6. Click on Start Burn under the row of tabs.
